These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern online sales contracts for SOATOI company Products to buyers who are consumers (hereinafter the "Customer") and constitute, along with the order form, the contractual documents enforceable against the parties, to the exclusion of all other documents, prospectuses, catalogs, or photographs of the Products, which are for indicative purposes only.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are exclusively applicable to Products delivered to Customers established in France.

Article 1 — Company identification

The website www.soatoi.com is published by the company CharafSFAOUA, with a capital of 100 euros, registered with the Rennes Trade and Companies Register under number 10254741100011, whose registered office is located at 97 Avenue du haut Lévêque 33600 Pessac.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered for sale on the site are those listed in the catalog published on the site, within the limit of available stock. SOATOI reserves the right to modify the composition of its catalog at any time. Photographs and product descriptions are prepared with the utmost care, but SOATOI cannot be held responsible in case of error or display variation related to the customer's screen.

Article 3 — Price

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs, which are specified before the final validation of the order. SOATOI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is the one in force on the site at the time of its validation by the customer.

Article 4 — Order

The customer places an order directly on the site by selecting the products of their choice and following the different steps of the ordering process. The order is only final after payment confirmation and sending of an order confirmation email by SOATOI. SOATOI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a previous dispute, in case of suspected fraud, or in case of unavailability of the ordered product.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment for purchases is made online, by credit card or any other payment method offered on the site, at the time of order validation. Transactions are secured by Stripe.

Article 6 — Delivery

Ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order, within the deadlines mentioned on the site at the time of the order. SOATOI cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delivery delay attributable to the carrier. The transfer of risks occurs at the time of delivery of the package to the customer.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or bear any penalties. The return procedures are specified in the "Make a return" section of the site.

Article 8 — Guarantees

Products sold by SOATOI benefit automatically from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

Article 9 — Liability

SOATOI cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in case of stock shortage, product unavailability, force majeure, or disruption or strike of postal services and means of transport.

Article 10 — Personal data

Article 11 — Intellectual property

Article 12 — Disputes and applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Failing an agreement, in accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer may freely use the consumer mediation service.
