Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item.

Conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its original tags.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, 6 euros will be deducted from your refund.

How to proceed?

1. Contact us at contact.soatoi@gmail.com, indicating your order number.
2. We will send you your return label by email.
3. Drop off your package at a relay point or post office.
4. Your refund will be issued by bank transfer within 5 to 10 business days after our services receive the package.
